We understand that there may be instances where you are not fully satisfied with our services. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued, ensuring transparency and fairness for all parties.
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the discretion of Collins Publishing House top management.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the service completion date or the invoice date, whichever is later.
Partial refunds may be issued based on the stage of service completion at the time of the refund request.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
a. Writing and Editing Services
Writing Services: If the delivered manuscript does not meet the agreed-upon specifications, we offer up to 15 rounds of revisions at no additional cost. If, after 15 rounds of revisions, you remain unsatisfied, a partial refund may be considered. The refund amount will be calculated based on the percentage of work that requires redoing, minus costs for completed work.
Editing Services: Similar to writing services, we provide up to 7 rounds of revisions. If you are still not satisfied after these revisions, a partial refund may be issued, calculated based on the extent of work completed.
